Yes. We ship pan-India. Tamil Nadu is same-day to 2 days; Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Kochi are 3–5 days; metro cities elsewhere in India are 5–7 days. Savouries and shelf-stable sweets travel well. Some fresh halwa variants have a condensed transit window — your account manager will guide you.
Absolutely. Prospective wholesale partners can order a paid sample set (₹599–₹999 based on selection) that is deducted from your first wholesale invoice if you proceed. We want you to taste before you list.
Starter Partners operate on advance payment. Growth Partners become eligible for 7-day credit terms after 3 completed invoices. Premium Partners negotiate custom credit terms as part of the supply agreement, typically 14–30 days.
Any batch that does not meet our freshness standard is replaced at no cost within 24 hours of reporting. Your account manager handles this directly on WhatsApp with a photo and order reference. We have never disputed a genuine freshness complaint.
