Straightforward answers about festival gifting, shelf life and urgent orders.
For orders under 100 boxes, 5–7 days is usually sufficient. For 100–500 boxes, we recommend 10–14 days. For 500+ boxes or branded custom packaging, allow 3 weeks. During peak Diwali season, earlier is always safer — we sometimes sell out.
Our karupatti sweets are preservative-free, so shelf life depends on the item. Mysore pak and kaju sweets: 7–10 days. Karupatti halwa: 5–7 days refrigerated. Murukku and mixture: up to 21 days in an airtight container. We make all orders fresh to your delivery date, so you receive the maximum shelf life.
Absolutely. Visit any of our 70+ outlets to taste the exact items you're considering. For large corporate orders (200+ boxes), we can arrange a tasting session with samples sent to your office. Just WhatsApp us to set it up.
We understand — family plans change. We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule a delivery date. For rescheduling within the same week, we'll do our best but cannot always guarantee it during peak season. Cancellations with 5+ days notice receive a full credit.
For orders under 25 boxes, we can sometimes fulfill same-day or next-day within Chennai if our current production schedule allows. Call the catering desk directly — don't rely on forms for urgent requests. We'll always try.
