Every item is sealed in a moisture-barrier primary pouch — murukku and mixture get nitrogen-flushed packs to lock crispness for weeks.
Double-wall corrugated cardboard outer box with individual item bubble-cushion wrapping. Items do not shift; boxes do not crush.
For any items sensitive to temperature, an insulated foil bag goes between the primary pack and the cardboard — protecting against Gulf and tropical heat during last-mile.
All export documentation — FSSAI declaration, ingredients list, country-of-origin certificate, and destination customs forms — packed inside every shipment.

Absolutely — that is how most international orders work. Share the recipient's full name and address when you place the order. We pack it as a gift box, include a personalised note if you like, and dispatch directly to them. The tracking link goes to you.
Most shelf-stable food items under a certain declared value pass without additional duty in Singapore, Malaysia and UAE. UK, USA and Australia occasionally levy small import duties — these are the recipient's responsibility. We declare the contents accurately; customs clearance at the destination is governed by local laws. We have never had a shipment seized or refused.
Every international order is photographed before dispatch. If items arrive damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery — we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Our double-wall packing has a very low damage rate, but we stand fully behind every shipment.
Yes. Just share all the addresses with us on WhatsApp. We consolidate the packing, calculate shipping for each address separately, and dispatch all parcels in the same batch. Useful for Diwali when you have family across multiple cities in the same country.
Minimum order is ₹1,500 worth of product (excluding shipping). This ensures the shipping cost is reasonable relative to the order value. For Malaysia, no effective minimum — shipping is so low that even a small box makes sense.
